Seven17 Bourke Street Melbourne has been developed as a mixed use facility consisting of retail, car parking, five levels of podium offices and two multi-level towers.

The towers consist of an 18 storey PCA A-grade office building, occupied by Channel 9 and a 13 storey hotel.

A raised floor system facilitates underfloor displacement air conditioning enabling a degree of user control over their internal environment.

The building facade made from high performance glazing assists in the reduction of glare and heat load internally, which helps contribute to its 5 Star Green Star rating.
