850 Collins Street

The commercial development at 850 Collins Street is one of Victoria Harbour's latest projects. 

Consisting of eight levels (16,000m2) of office space, five levels of which include an integrated fitout for Auercon, a retail space and ample car parking.

James L. Williams’ work includes the installation of an underfloor displacement air conditioning system, chillers, 3C coolers, AC units and boiler plantroom.

Add to this a swag of green initiatives that aim to make it a 5 Star Green Star building and a NABERS rating of 4.5, this is yet another fine example of a highly sustainable building, that is modern and stylish.
