Charlotte Street provides 14 floors of premium grade office space. A central energy plant with three cooling towers and three chillers controlled and monitored by a TAC Building Management System. Typical floors have dedicated air handling units with economy cooling cycle, room comfort maintained by variable air volume box control and trim heaters.

The Building Management System operates exhaust and ventilation systems throughout the building to achieve maximum efficiency of the plant and comfortable conditions for the office occupants.
