Grand Hyatt
A Melbourne icon - the Grand Hyatt hotel located at the prestigious end of Collins street, contains 548 rooms and ample meeting and event spaces. We were delighted to undertake this multi-million dollar air conditioning project and were awarded the contract on the basis of extensive industry experience, our widely acknowledged technical expertise and ability to handle difficult installations.
On-time completion was absolutely vital, the spaces to be air conditioned were vast and the architects required air conditioning outlets to blend with the interior design.
The project was completed according to schedule in a remarkable 12 months. Air conditioning is visually unobtrusive and was achieved by incorporating linear slot diffusers in the cornice work.
Operation is computer controlled with process type air conditioning provided to the control rooms.
