King Street Wharf
James L. Williams worked on Building 6-North which forms part of Sydney’s King Street Wharf Development. The building consists of four basement levels, ground floor and foyer, and 15 upper office levels, with an auditorium and a number of meeting rooms.
Our work included the mechanical services and air conditioning installation, which we designed and tailored to meet the requirements of an audited AGBR 4-star rated building.
