Civic Masonic Centre
The Civic Tower in Sydney's CBD is a 26 level commercial office complex built to complete a vision of the original designers of the 1970s.
The mechanical services for the 26 levels were designed and installed by James L. Williams for Grocon and incorporates a total ecologically sustainable development (ESD) to achieve an AGBR 4-star rating.
