James L. Williams conducted a retrofit of two classroom wings with new Yanmar gas-fired air conditioning systems.
Reduced running costs, along with lower carbon and greenhouse gas outputs has shown forward thinking by College management.
Eight condensing units installed in a new enclosure adjacent to the buildings and a full three pipe system to 100 indoor wall mounted and ceiling cassette type units ensure that each classroom has control over its own environment and only runs when the room is in use. Adding to the efficiency of the overall system.
As head contractor James L. Williams successfully co-ordinated all building works, electrical and gas supply connections while ensuring that disruption to the school community was kept to a minimum.
