James L. Williams’ contributed to highly energy efficient design through the installation of in-slab hydronic systems, the world’s first large scale under floor displacement air system and dual equipment provisions for added reliability.
Additionally, under floor and side wall displacement systems, large scale hydronic in slab heating and cooling system, chilled / heating / condenser water system, natural gas services, air handling units, fan coil units and computer room systems were installed.
